Job Summary

George Majo Automobiles, an authorized Maruti Suzuki NEXA dealership, is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our Sales Team.

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable NEXA products, arranging test drives, and ensuring a smooth buying experience from enquiry to vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and generate sales for NEXA vehicles.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NEXA models and variants.
- Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives for interested customers.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, exchange offers, and other applicable schemes.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership sales objectives.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the Finance, Insurance, Exchange, and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the dealership CRM/system.
- Participate in showroom activities, customer engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on NEXA products, features, offers, competitors, and developments in the automobile market.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.
