Job Profile in Detail (Skills) :
Site Visit
Identify, Connect and maintain the data base of the Construction Site by the Type of Construction (Builders , Consultants , Real Estate, Infra-projects, Industrial, Maintenance Work, Faade Works etc.)
Analyse and forecast the site requirement with the key contacts for products.
Maintain the PR and Cordial relation with the Site Office / Contractors / Consultants / Architects
Converts the projects leads in favour of Company. Others
Achieve Monthly sales and collection target.
Act as a feeder to the Technical and Sales Team (Collect the load data from the consultant and forward to the Technical Team)
To explore the potential of product requirement at the projects.
Conduct pull out tests and demo at site as per customer demand.
Developing / Nurturing Dealer & Direct business
Daily Reporting to Regional Sales Manager.
