About Maple
Maple is a consumer electronics business dealing in smartphones, accessories and pre-owned/refurbished devices. We are looking for an experienced Team Lead who can manage and drive our SPOC network across Delhi & Haryana.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of SPOCs across Delhi & Haryana.
- Drive sales, business targets and revenue through the SPOC network.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and monitor team performance.
- Ensure effective market coverage and productivity of all SPOCs.
- Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, dealers and channel partners.
- Drive sales of smartphones, accessories and pre-owned devices.
- Monitor stock availability, device movement and sales performance.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand the partner network.
- Conduct regular market visits with SPOCs and provide on-ground support.
- Track competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
- Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for management.
- Coach, train and motivate SPOCs to achieve their individual and team targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock, pricing, operations and customer requirements.
