Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a Specsmakers retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering an excellent customer experience, managing store staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, communication, and people-management skills, with a passion for retail and customer service.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual store sales targets.
- Drive revenue, conversion, average bill value, and other key retail performance metrics.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement action plans to improve results.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through effective product recommendations and upselling.
- Ensure promotional campaigns and company initiatives are effectively executed at the store.

2. Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives a welcoming, professional,



and personalized shopping experience.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Encourage the team to understand customer needs and recommend suitable eyewear products.

3. Team Management
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the store team.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and prepare staff schedules/rosters.
- Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
- Train employees on products, sales techniques, customer service, and company processes.
- Maintain discipline and a positive working setting.

4. Store Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.
