Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in EHS management.
- Provide training and guidance on EHS best practices to employees at all levels.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop corrective actions plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into business operations.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, including incident rates and near-misses.

Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations, including GMP, OSHA, and EU GDPR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective EHS management systems.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience working in a quick-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
