What You Will Own

1. SEO Strategy & Execution
- Conduct technical SEO audits and drive implementation across crawling, indexing, canonicals, redirects, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals and site architecture.
- Diagnose traffic and ranking losses, identify recovery opportunities and monitor algorithm/search ecosystem changes.
- Own keyword, competitor and search-intent research; optimize service pages, landing pages and existing content.
- Improve internal linking, topic clusters, local SEO and Google Business Profile performance.
- Develop legitimate off-page authority, backlink and citation strategies and coordinate with developers where required.
- Track qualified organic visibility, conversions and lead contribution - not rankings and traffic in isolation.

2. AEO & GEO / AI Search
- Research the questions and conversational queries prospective clients are asking and structure content to answer them clearly.
- Monitor ELAAR visibility across Google AI experiences, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Bing Copilot and other relevant platforms.
- Track priority prompts,



competitor citations and sources being selected by AI systems, and identify authority or citation gaps.
- Improve content and wider web authority, so ELAAR is more practical, trustworthy and citation-worthy as a source.
- Test emerging AEO/GEO opportunities and separate evidence-based tactics from industry hype.

3. Content Intelligence

This is not primarily a content-writer role, but strong content understanding is essential. You will work closely with ELAAR's Founder and immigration subject-matter experts.
- Determine which pages and topics should be created, updated, consolidated, redirected or retired.
- Prepare strong SEO/AEO/GEO content briefs based on search intent, business value and competitive gaps.
- Review AI-assisted and internally created content for structure, usefulness, topical depth, internal linking and search performance.
