Technical Recruiter Domestic IT Staffing

Experience: 1-4 Years

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Shift Timings: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with 1-4 years of

experience in Domestic IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

end-to-end IT recruitment and excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical and business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.




- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality submissions.
- Update recruitment trackers and ATS regularly.

Required Skills
- 1-4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
