Job Summary

OEG India is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across technical and non-technical positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to coordinate with candidates and business teams across different locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/management interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
- Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiation and joining follow-up.
- Ensure smooth pre-joining and onboarding coordination.
- Handle bulk hiring and lateral hiring as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with site HR teams and hiring managers for manpower requirements.
- Prepare recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring status reports.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and records.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns when required.

Required Skills
- Strong Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and candidate screening.
- Experience in technical and non-technical recruitment.
- Good negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and recruitment portals.
