Role Description
The Placement Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.



This role involves liaising with corporate partners and recruiters to identify placement opportunities and build strong employer relationships. The Placement Officer will coordinate campus placement activities, including pre-placement talks, interviews, and selection processes, while maintaining accurate placement data and reports. The role includes providing career counseling and guidance to learners, supporting them with resume building, interview preparation, and job-readiness skills. The Placement Officer will also collaborate with faculty and training teams to align course outcomes with industry requirements and organize workshops, seminars, and networking events that enhance learner employability.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Campus Placement and employer relationship management skills, including coordination of placement drives and industry outreach.
