About the Role

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and AI-savvy Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills along with a good understanding of social media content, visual storytelling, short-form videos, and AI-powered creative tools.

The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality Reels, Shorts, advertisements, promotional videos, and other video content for the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, promotional videos, and other digital content.
- Convert raw footage into engaging, creative, and skilled videos.
- Add transitions, subtitles, text animations, music, sound effects, voiceovers, and other visual elements.
- Create engaging videos based on content briefs, scripts, brand guidelines, and campaign requirements.
- Develop creative video concepts in collaboration with the content and social media teams.
- Optimize videos according to different social media platforms and formats.
- Maintain consistency in video quality, branding, storytelling,



and visual style.
- Make revisions based on feedback and client requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, social media formats, and creative techniques.

AI & Emerging Technology — High Priority
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience using AI tools for video editing and content creation.
- Use AI tools for video generation, image-to-video creation, voiceovers, subtitles, background removal, enhancement, and other creative workflows.
- Ability to use AI to improve video quality and production efficiency.
- Explore and implement new AI-powered tools to create innovative and engaging content.
- Use AI for creative ideation, scripting assistance, visual development, and content production where appropriate.
