What You ll Do
- Design, configure, and implement tailored SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions that align with evolving business needs.
- Lead end-to-end Onboarding implementation and support initiatives-from discovery and design to go-live and beyond.
- Build intuitive onboarding experiences by configuring workflows, dynamic forms, automated notifications, and business rules.
- Seamlessly integrate Onboarding with other SuccessFactors modules (especially Employee Central) to ensure data consistency and process efficiency.
- Provide responsive and insightful production support-troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring business continuity.




- Drive testing (unit, integration, UAT), manage deployments, and support smooth go-live transitions.
- Partner closely with HR and business leaders to understand their goals and translate them into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
- Create transparent, actionable documentation and empower end-users through effective knowledge transfer and training support.

Who You Are
- You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding-ideally across full lifecycle implementation projects.
- You re confident working with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, including its latest enhancements and best practices.
- You have a proven ability to customize onboarding solutions-designing workflows, forms, business rules, and notifications that drive engagement and compliance.
- You ve successfully integrated Onboarding with other SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, ensuring seaml
