We are looking forward to hire Project Management Professionals in the following areas :
: Project Manager Experience: 7-8 years of experience with minimum 3-4 years of Project management experience Qualification: B.E /B. Tech/ MBA or required equivalent. Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory General:
- Manage projects by defining scope, budget, timelines and quality, with full responsibility and authority to complete the assigned project
- Leads project teams consisting of cross-functional, global and virtual groups and directly supervises staff,
ensuring the appropriate expectations, principles, structures, tools and responsibilities are in place to deliver the plan and deliver excellence
- Serve as a project driver and executer for various initiatives, working with program lead, technology, support, and customers of the platform as appropriate
- Assist in ensuring that Automation CoE team meets deliverables and makes decisions on time
- Working with Program Management teams to build and maintain feature-level product roadmap/pipeline
- Mitigating impediments that may impact successful team completion of release/sprint goals.
- Communicates with internal stakeholders to ensure teams are driving toward the necessary tactical and/or strategic solution to meet customer needs, communication status and buffers team from potential distractions
- Represent Automation CoE interests and perspective in cross-company project teams
