Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Bus Facility: Transportation facility available from Pune
Travel: Not required
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize production schedules to achieve daily/monthly production targets
• Monitor production processes and revise schedules based on business requirements
• Ensure smooth and effective operation of production lines
• Coordinate routine maintenance and repair of production equipment
• Organize relevant training and skill development programs for production employees
• Monitor product quality standards and implement effective quality-control programs
• Provide motivation, support and guidance to production teams
• Establish workflow practices that improve productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
• Prepare employee schedules and ensure optimum manpower utilization
• Drive initiatives to reduce production costs and improve productivity across product lines
• Initiate and drive Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
• Estimate production costs and support budget preparation
• Supervise, evaluate and develop production personnel
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and workplace requirements
• Monitor key production performance indicators and initiate corrective actions
• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning and other cross-functional teams
