About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives for our growing organization in Ahmedabad, India. We are looking for a highly capable leader with strong business acumen, exceptional program management expertise, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, execution-focused leader, and trusted partner who can align teams, priorities, and resources to achieve key business objectives. This role requires someone who can translate business goals into structured programs, establish governance frameworks, manage dependencies across functions, and drive accountability to ensure successful outcomes.



You will play a critical role in enabling organizational growth by leading high-impact initiatives, improving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

Enterprise Program Leadership :
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional software programs involving Engineering, Product Management, Quality Assurance, Customer Success, and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and distributed teams.

Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management :
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Skilled at influencing stakeholders, facilitating decision-making, driving alignment, and maintaining accountability among technical and business
