Learning Ladder offers full-day programs, after-school remedial programs for learners attending other schools, and hourly sessions, tailored to each child’s needs in close collaboration with parents.

Role Description
The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with schools, healthcare providers, and families to expand the center’s reach. The Business Development Executive will manage key accounts,



follow up on inquiries, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach and meetings, presenting Learning Ladder’s services, supporting marketing initiatives, and collaborating with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, providing feedback on market trends, and contributing to strategic growth plans.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
- Solid Business and Account Management skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
