About the Role

AiBrix is looking for a B2B Sales Consultant to manage the sales journey from prospecting to closing. The role involves identifying business decision-makers, understanding their challenges, and positioning the right AI, automation, software, or data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with founders, COOs, and operations leaders.
- Generate and manage a qualified B2B sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client business challenges.
- Position relevant AI, automation, software, and analytics solutions.
- Manage prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to closure.
- Handle follow-ups, objections, proposals, and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records.
- Develop partnerships and referral opportunities.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience selling services, SaaS, consulting,



or technical solutions preferred.
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle — prospecting to closing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with founders and C-level decision-makers.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar.
- Ability to understand AI/software solutions and communicate their business value.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a lean team.

Nice to Have
- Experience in Edtech, D2C, SaaS, Fintech, or Healthtech.
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools.
- Experience selling fixed-scope consulting or development projects.
- Existing network among founders, operators, or agency owners. 

Compensation: Base salary + performance-linked incentives on closed engagements.
