Role & responsibilities :
- Plan and manage the execution of MEP works, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing & drainage, fire fighting, fire alarm, ELV, STP, WTP, and allied services.
- Review and coordinate MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs in alignment with architectural and structural designs.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP activities in line with the overall project plan.
- Supervise in office execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and approved specifications.
- Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, local authority norms, and safety regulations.
- Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and manage changes during execution.
- Control project costs by monitoring quantities, variations, and contractor bills.
- Support procurement by technical evaluation of MEP vendors, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records related to MEP works.
