Treasury works closely with senior management, the businesses, Country CEOs / CFOs, and Finance to manage and promote the bank’s liquidity, capital, and balance sheet position. Within Treasury (which comprises Capital, Liquidity & Markets), the Treasury Liquidity function is responsible for driving the strategic liquidity agenda and Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Booking (‘IRRBB’).
The Director IRRBB,
India hub will play a pivot role in supporting the Head of IRRBB, India in advancing IRRBB Analytics for overseeing and executing comprehensive internal analyses. The role holder will help in migrating and centralising global IRRBB processes from Group and Clusters, performing detailed stress tests and scenario analyses, leveraging IRRBB data to provide insightful risk assessments and mitigation strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of IRRBB, robust analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across the organization.
