Google Ads and Meta Ads

The ideal candidate should understand performance marketing, campaign optimization, lead generation and conversion-focused advertising. Since this role involves working with
international clients
, strong English communication and professional client-handling skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Plan, manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversions, ROI/ROAS and other key metrics.
- Perform audience research, targeting and campaign optimization.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and advertising performance.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing strategies.




- Communicate and coordinate professionally with international clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads, Meta Ads and performance marketing practices.

Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads.
- Robust practical knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads.
- Good understanding of PPC and performance marketing.
- Understanding of campaign targeting, conversion tracking and optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Confident and professional client-handling skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Ability to take ownership of campaigns and deliver results.
