Role Description
This is a full time hybrid Python Trainer role based in Rajarhat, with flexibility for some work from home. The Python Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on Python fundamentals, advanced concepts, and best practices to diverse learner groups. Daily responsibilities include preparing course materials, creating examples and exercises, conducting live sessions, and supporting learners through doubt clearing and mentoring.



The role also involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and updating training content to reflect current industry trends and tools. Collaboration with internal teams to align training outcomes with client and organizational needs is an integral part of this position.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, including core concepts, data structures, object-oriented programming, and familiarity with common libraries and frameworks.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or classroom sessions, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and accessibly.
- Skills in creating structured curricula, training materials, hands-on exercises, and assessments tailored to different learner levels.
- Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching approach.
- Ability to use online training tool
