Role: HR Strate/Engineer (HR Service Delivery)

Location: Bangalore

Contract: 12 Months

Shift: 11am to 8pm / 12pm to 9pm

Notice: Immediate-60 Days

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another quantitative discipline; advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience
- 5+ years in Consulting, Transformation, Automation, AI Enablement, or Operational Excellence.
- End to End HR Process.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS)

Strong Python and SQL development skills
- Experience with web application architecture, APIs, source control, testing frameworks, and contemporary software development practices
- Strong understanding of data governance, controls, and model validation

Strong communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or AI certifications desirable.
