Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce development, administration, and enhancement projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices.
- Manage and mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and support teams.
- Oversee customization using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
- Drive integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Lead release management, deployment planning, and setting strategy.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, architects, and business users.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.
