About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technology Manager - Service Desk, Corporate Network Services to lead enterprise IT support operations across global business locations. This role is responsible for overseeing service desk operations, corporate IT services, endpoint support, network services, hardware lifecycle management, and technology projects while ensuring high service availability and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience managing globally distributed IT support teams, vendors, and infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities Technology Management
- Lead and manage technology support resources and day-to-day IT operations.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and third-party vendors.
- Lead infrastructure implementation and workplace technology projects.




- Oversee hardware procurement, inventory, stockroom management, and asset lifecycle planning.

Service Desk End-User Support
- Manage desktop and laptop break-fix support.
- Oversee device imaging, deployment, configuration, and refresh activities.
- Support meeting room technologies and collaboration platforms.
- Provide desk-side support for end users and workplace IT infrastructure.
- Manage hardware asset lifecycle, including receiving, inventory management, asset tagging, returns, and end-of-life (EOL) processes.
- Support IT infrastructure rollout and implementation projects.

Corporate IT Services
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for desktops and laptops.
- Support Windows 365 and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
- Administer and support Active Directory domain services.
- Support Azure Files and enterprise storage solutions.
