Role Description
The Office & Site Coordinator - Architecture & Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur. This position coordinates daily office operations, maintains documentation, and supports project workflows between the office and active sites. The role includes assisting with architectural and interior design tasks, preparing basic drawings or layouts under guidance, and organizing material samples and design references. The coordinator manages schedules,



tracks site progress reports, and facilitates communication among project teams, clients, and vendors.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage documentation, scheduling, and daily office operations.
- Candidates should possess basic Accounting skills.
- Candidates should have foundational knowledge of architecture and interior design principles, including familiarity with drawings, materials, and space planning.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and, preferably, basic design tools (e.g., CAD or similar).
