Role Description
The Service Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle service needs, and documenting concerns accurately. Daily tasks include coordinating service appointments, preparing job cards, explaining recommended repairs, and providing clear cost and time estimates. The role involves regular communication with technicians to track progress, updating customers on service status,



and ensuring vehicles are delivered on time. The Service Advisor will also handle customer feedback, support aftersales initiatives, and work to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused service skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
- Ability to deliver Customer-focused Service and support Aftersales activities.
- Clear and qualified Communication skills with customers and internal teams.
- Prior experience in an automotive workshop or dealership service department is preferred.
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort using computer-based service management or CRM tools.
- Minimum high school diploma; vocational or technical training in automotive fields is a plus.
