We are looking for a motivated and experienced Visa Counsellor – Canada Study Visa to guide students through the complete process of studying in Canada. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Canadian student visa requirements, excellent counselling skills, and the ability to convert student enquiries into successful applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study opportunities in Canada, including universities, colleges, programs, intakes, and eligibility criteria.
- Explain the complete Canada study visa process, documentation requirements, timelines, and application procedures.
- Assist students in selecting appropriate institutions and courses based on their profile and career objectives.
- Handle and follow up on student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person counselling.
- Coordinate with admissions and visa-processing teams to ensure applications are submitted within deadlines.
- Stay updated on changes to Canadian study permit rules, immigration policies, institutional requirements, and visa procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, follow-ups, and outcomes.
