We're Hiring: Academic Counsellor (Telecaller) Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid / Office-Based) Experience: 1–3 Years CTC: ₹4.0 – ₹5 LPA Working Days: Monday to Friday Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred A leading digital learning and education-focused organization is looking for enthusiastic Academic Counsellors to guide prospective learners through online certification and executive education programmes. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct 80–100 outbound calls daily to warm leads • Counsel prospective learners and understand their career goals • Explain programme features, curriculum, certifications, and learning outcomes • Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive enrolments • Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets • Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking • Handle learner queries and objections professionally • Coordinate with internal teams for webinars, demos, and onboarding activities • Be available for learner interactions on weekends when required Requirements:
