The ideal candidate is someone who has previously built or scaled a company, led high-performing revenue teams, or has founder-level experience. They should be equally comfortable discussing growth strategy in the boardroom and closing strategic partnerships with enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities 1.



Growth Strategy & Business Expansion Develop and execute the company's overall growth strategy. Identify current revenue streams, market opportunities, and strategic partnerships. Build a scalable go-to-market strategy for domestic and international markets. Evaluate emerging industries, service offerings, and expansion opportunities. 2. Revenue Leadership Own the company's revenue targets and growth roadmap. Drive enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and high-value client acquisition. Build predictable sales pipelines and scalable revenue systems. Improve conversion rates across the complete customer acquisition funnel. 3. Marketing & Brand Growth Work closely with the marketing team to build a demand-generation engine. Oversee positioning, lead generation, thought leadership, and founder branding initiatives. Align marketing efforts with measurable revenue outcomes. 4. Sales Leadership Build, mentor, and lead the business development and sales teams. Design sales process
