About the Role

AtomLife Healthcare & Research Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and strengthen our sales operations across Kerala.

We are looking for someone with 10+ years of proven sales experience, preferably with a strong background in FMCG and Pharma/Healthcare, who can independently manage the Kerala market, build distribution networks, develop teams, and drive sales growth for our brands.

This is a leadership role requiring strong market knowledge, team-management skills, distributor handling experience, and the ability to build new brands in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Manage and strengthen the distributor, stockist, retailer and institutional network.

Lead, recruit, train,



mentor and monitor the sales team.

Set clear sales targets and KPIs and regularly review team performance.

Conduct regular field coaching and joint visits with sales executives.

Develop new markets and expand product distribution across Kerala.

Drive primary and secondary sales and improve market penetration.

Build retailer confidence and market acceptance for new brands.

Develop and execute strategies to compete with established brands.

Identify opportunities for recent product launches and brand development.

Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, doctors, institutions and other key customers.

Analyse sales performance, market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.

Prepare and present regular sales reports and business plans to management.

Team Leadership
