Job Summary

Company is looking for energetic and technically skilled Service Engineers to provide installation, maintenance, repair and after-sales support for industrial coding, marking and packaging machinery. The selected candidate will visit customer locations, identify technical issues, carry out repairs and preventive maintenance, train machine operators and ensure maximum equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and test industrial coding, marking, and packaging machines at customer locations.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve machine breakdowns promptly.
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related faults.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
- Replace defective components, sensors, control boards, and machine parts.
- Conduct machine demonstrations and technical trials for customers.
- Provide operational and basic maintenance training to customer personnel.
- Ensure machines operate according to required production standards.




- Prepare and maintain service reports, installation reports, and customer visit records.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and spare-parts teams for technical support.
- Maintain essential tools, testing instruments, and service spare parts.
- Assist customers with consumables, machine settings, and operating procedures.
- Travel to customer locations across Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and other assigned regions.
- Maintain qualified communication and build strong customer relationships.

Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits.
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of sensors, motors, relays, power supplies, and control panels.
- Basic understanding of PLCs, industrial automation, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to use a multimeter and other electrical testing ins
