Role Overview
Kyptronix is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can own paid acquisition, generate qualified leads, improve CAC, and directly contribute to revenue.
This is not a role focused on reach, likes, or impressions.
You will be responsible for turning advertising budgets into measurable leads, pipeline, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate qualified B2B leads from the USA, UK, Canada and other international markets.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets across multiple campaigns.
- Build acquisition funnels for:
- Website Development
- Mobile App Development
- AI Automation
- SaaS
- Digital Marketing
- IT Staffing
- Conduct audience, keyword, competitor and market research.
- Build campaign structures based on business goals.
- Manage Google Search, Performance Max,
Display and remarketing campaigns.
- Manage Meta lead generation, conversion and retargeting campaigns.
- Create and execute A/B testing strategies.
- Test creatives, hooks, headlines, offers, audiences and landing pages.
- Identify winning campaigns and scale them profitably.
- Pause or restructure underperforming campaigns quickly.
- Improve CPL, CAC and conversion rates.
- Work closely with Sales to evaluate lead quality.
- Track leads from advertisement to final sale.
- Build retargeting and remarketing funnels.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and content teams for ad creatives.
- Provide creative briefs based on performance data.
- Monitor competitor advertising strategies.
- Improve landing-page conversion rates.
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking.
- Maintain accurate performance dashboards.
