Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our marketing team in the education sector. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with schools, generating institutional partnerships, promoting educational courses, and driving student admissions through school networks.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and approach schools for potential partnerships and collaborations.

* Develop and maintain solid relationships with school management, principals, coordinators, and other key decision-makers.

* Promote the organization's courses, training programs, and educational offerings to schools.

* Generate student admission leads through school partnerships and institutional activities.

* Conduct school visits, presentations, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.





* Identify new business opportunities and expand the organization's school network in Kochi and nearby areas.

* Follow up with prospective schools and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

* Meet monthly and quarterly business development and admission targets.

* Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.

* Maintain records of school contacts, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and partnership status.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the education sector.

* Prepare regular reports on business development activities and results.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field**.

* 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, admissions, or the education sector.

* Experience in B2B sales, school partnerships, institutional sales, or education marketing** is preferred.
