Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Travel Sales Executive role based in New Delhi. The Travel Sales Executive will handle customer inquiries, understand travel requirements, and recommend suitable domestic and international tour packages. Daily activities include preparing customized itineraries, sharing pricing and inclusions, managing bookings for flights, hotels, and ground services,



and coordinating with suppliers and partners to confirm reservations. The role involves following up with leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through phone, email, and in-person consultations. The Travel Sales Executive will also support post-booking customer service, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service skills, including lead conversion, relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, tour packages, and travel industry practices, including basic ticketing and hotel booking processes.
- Proficiency in communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain itineraries, terms, and pricing clearly.
- Ability to use travel and office software (e.g., MS Office, email tools, CRM or booking platforms) and maintain accurate records of inquiri
