We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in accounts receivable processes and will play a crucial role in ensuring timely collections and maintaining positive client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on accounts receivable aging reports.
- Communicate with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing issues.
- Review accounts to identify outstanding invoices and send reminders.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and resolve disputes.

Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
