Key Responsibilities Provide ongoing support to students throughout their study journey, ensuring a smooth transition and positive student experience. Assist students with post-arrival needs, including accommodation guidance, orientation, local services, and general settlement support. Coordinate student wellbeing initiatives and connect students with appropriate academic, personal, and support services when required. Respond to and resolve student enquiries and concerns promptly, professionally, and empathetically, escalating complex matters where appropriate. Maintain regular communication with students through phone, email, messaging platforms, and scheduled check-ins to monitor their progress and wellbeing. Foster robust relationships with students, educational partners, and internal teams to enhance student satisfaction and engagement. Maintain accurate records of student interactions,



case notes, and follow-up activities using the organization's systems. Identify students who may require additional support and proactively coordinate appropriate interventions. Collaborate with academic, admissions, and administrative teams to ensure seamless delivery of student support services. Contribute to student engagement activities, workshops, orientation programs, and wellbeing initiatives. Ensure all student information is handled confidentially and in compliance with organizational policies and data protection requirements. Deliver an exceptional post-enrolment service that promotes student success, retention, and positive outcomes.
