Job Summary: The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive customer acquisition and retention. They will oversee the management and optimisation of social media platforms, content creation, community management, and data analysis to ensure effective and successful social media campaigns. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives. Responsibilities: 1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the organisation's marketing goals and target audience. Identify key social media platforms and channels to reach the target audience effectively. Conduct research and stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to drive innovation and continuous improvement. 2. Content Creation and Management: Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images,



videos, and interactive elements. Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for consistent content publishing and campaign scheduling. Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and brand-aligned content. Monitor and moderate user-generated content and engage with the audience in a timely and qualified manner. 3. Social Media Platform Management: Manage and optimise social media accounts and profiles, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Monitor social media metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content performance. Stay updated on platform-specific features, algorithms, and advertising opportunities to maximise reach and engagement.
