Location: Hyderabad Department: Business Development & Client Servicing Industry: Event Management | Experiential Marketing | Corporate Events About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional to drive new business opportunities and expand our corporate client base. The ideal candidate should have a passion for events, robust networking skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research. Develop relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, Marketing teams, Procurement, and decision-makers. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative and operations teams to develop compelling event concepts and proposals. Prepare presentations, proposals, costing, and pitch documents. Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.



Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Attend networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums to generate leads. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution. Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports and forecasts. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. 3–8 years of experience in Business Development within the Event Management, Experiential Marketing, MICE, or Advertising industry. Proven track record of acquiring new corporate clients. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
