We're looking for a professional, customer-focused, and approachable Reception & Student Enquiries Executive who is passionate about creating a welcoming first impression and providing outstanding support to prospective and current students. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage front desk operations, handle student enquiries across multiple channels, coordinate appointments, and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a positive and seamless experience for every visitor and student. Key Responsibilities Welcome students, parents, visitors, and guests in a skilled, friendly, and courteous manner. Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits, providing accurate and timely information about courses, admissions, and services. Schedule appointments for student counselling, admissions, and meetings with relevant staff. Manage front desk operations,



including receiving visitors, maintaining visitor records, and ensuring the reception area remains organized and presentable. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving routine concerns, and directing complex issues to the appropriate department. Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and visitor logs using the organization's systems. Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless student experience. Follow up with prospective students to support the admissions process and improve conversion rates. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and courier services. Ensure confidentiality of student information and maintain compliance with organizational policies and data protection standards.
