Organization: Jain School of Future Technology Location: Knowledge Park, Nirmal Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala Job Type: Full-time (In office) About the Role: JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Kochi is seeking an experienced, high-energy Business Development Manager / Admission Head to lead the enrollment strategy and drive student acquisition for our School of Future Technology . In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10+ admissions and sales counselors , setting target acquisition strategies, optimizing conversion funnels, and positioning our cutting-edge, tech-driven academic programs to prospective students and parents. Note on Screening Criteria: Candidates must have a proven background in leadership, student admissions, or education sales . Fresh graduates, junior sales representatives, or current sales/business students will not be considered for this role. Key Role: Team Leadership & Performance: Manage, train, and mentor a team of 10+ admissions counselors and sales executives to achieve monthly and seasonal enrollment targets.



Admission Strategy & Revenue Growth: Design and execute strategic outreach programs, counseling workflows, and lead-generation follow-ups for BCA Work Integrated Programme. Pipeline & Funnel Management: Track digital and offline lead lifecycles, maintain high conversion rates from inquiry to admission, and monitor team KPIs daily. Outreach & Partnerships: Build relationships with schools, coaching institutions, and educational partners across Kerala and South India to drive campus visits and walk-ins. Consultative Counseling: Conduct high-impact group briefing sessions and personalized counseling for prospective students and parents. Requirements and Qualification: Experience: Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience as an Admission Head, Admissions Manager, or Sales BDM within the Higher Education, EdTech, or University Admissions sector.
