Qualification : B. Com / M. Com / CA – Inter / CMA - Inter Experience : 12+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts. Location : Bangalore-Hoskote Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the overall Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations. Establish and monitor robust internal financial controls across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, treasury, inventory, fixed assets, and record-to-report processes. Review weekly Accounts Receivable, Payable, ageing, advance, and collection reports, coordinating with Purchase, Project, Service, Sales, and Commercial teams to improve cash collections and payments. Manage the company's cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and fund planning to ensure adequate liquidity. Oversee banking operations, including
