The Coordinator ensures that the programme aligns with the IB Mission, Programme Standards and Practices, and the school's educational vision while fostering inquiry, interdisciplinary learning, student agency, and international-mindedness Key Responsibilitie s1. Programme Leadershi pLead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the IB Middle Years Programme .Ensure compliance with the IB Programme Standards and Practices .Promote inquiry-based, concept-driven, and interdisciplinary learning across all subject groups .Lead curriculum review and continuous programme improvement initiatives .Foster a collaborative culture focused on innovation and academic excellence 2.



Curriculum Developmen tGuide teachers in unit planning, curriculum mapping, assessment design, and reflective practice .Ensure vertical and horizontal curriculum alignment across all MYP years .Support the integration of Key Concepts, Related Concepts, Global Contexts, ATL (Approaches to Learning) Skills, and the IB Learner Profile .Monitor curriculum documentation to ensure quality and consistency 3.
