We are expanding our sales force and looking for hungry, ambitious BDEs who want income with no ceiling. What you'll do Generate leads and convert site visits into plot bookings Build and manage your own channel partner network Coordinate site visits and follow up with customers to closure Own your monthly target: 1 confirmed sale per month (₹1 lakh booking) What you'll earn Fixed salary: ₹15,000/month Incentives: ₹40–₹100 per sq ft sold — released in stages (₹5,000 on booking, ₹10/sq ft at 30%
