The Role:
This is not an “AE role.” This is not a “Head of Sales” title without ownership. This is the Founding Global Sales Lead. You own the global revenue number. $2 M ARR in 12 months. Personally.
Across:
• India & South Asia
• APAC (Singapore, Japan, Australia, SEA)
• North America
• Europe
There is no SDR team. There is no demand-generation machine. There is no inherited pipeline. You build it. You close it. You document it. Then you scale it. If you want comfort, this is not the role. If you want leverage, growth, and the right to build the revenue function your way, keep reading.
What You Must Have Done:
✅ Personally closed B2 B Saa S or cybersecurity deals end-to-end
✅ Closed at least one $50 K+ ACV deal you sourced yourself
✅ Carried and hit a personal quota of $500 K+
✅ Built pipeline from cold outreach or warm network, not marketing handoffs
✅ Have 30+ CISOs / security leaders / MSSP operators you could message this week




✅ Understand at least one regulatory framework deeply (DORA, NIST, RBI, NIS2, CERT-In, etc.)
✅ Comfortable selling to security leaders who challenge everything

Education:
We care more about what you have closed than where you studied. That said, top candidates for this role typically hold:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a technical discipline, gives you the baseline to have credible conversations with CISOs and security architects without being briefed on fundamentals. Preferred, not required.
