What You Will Experience In This Position

Manage product development activities and the quotation and execution of engineering work performed directly for end customers related to construction and other infrastructure projects.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product engineering leaders, system architects, product managers, hardware engineering, product management, and compliance, to drive the successful implementation of projects.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies, industry trends, and standard processes and promote their adoption within the team and our wider organization.
Site Leadership: Act as the primary leader for the CoE team, fostering a positive and engaging work environment. Represent the company and promote its values and culture within the India-based team and across the organization.

Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of engineers, encouraging a culture of innovation, teamwork, and professional growth. Work closely with global peers to capture inputs to define team goals, objectives, and critical metrics, and provide regular performance feedback and mentoring to team members.
Engage with colleagues, clients, and partners to collect requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Collaborate with global leadership to align strategies, goals, and processes across different locations. Foster close partnerships with India leaders including HR and finance in country facilitating seamless exchange of information and resources between departments, and enabling effective decision-making and prioritization
