We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive (Medical Representative) to join our sales and marketing team.
The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Promotion: Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in assigned territories. Conduct regular visits to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to present product information, benefits, and features.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, increase product awareness, and generate leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor competitor activities, market trends,



and customer preferences to gather actionable insights and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, product performance, and market analysis, to management. Identify potential growth opportunities within the assigned area and propose actions to capitalize on them.
- Product Knowledge & Education: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, their benefits, and how they compare to competitive products.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the secure and effective use of the company's products, answering any queries they may have. Attend product training sessions and stay updated on industry advancements and regulatory changes.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and pharmacists.
