Job Description.

Create and manage production plans and schedules.
Collaborate with departments to ensure resource utilization.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order materials.
Analyse production data for process improvement opportunities.
Implement quality control measures to meet product specifications.
Daily MIS preparation and reporting to EPCO
Plan and organize production workflow for one or multiple products
Review and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Collect output information including number of finished products percentage of defectives and so on
Create status and performance reports and present them to managers
Work together with quality control warehouse and other staff

Qualifications

Education:
BE/B.tech in engineering/ any graduate /Postgraduate
Experience:
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
Experience in the extrusion process, preferably with EVA/POE encapsulant sheets.
