Role Overview

The Branch Head will be responsible for managing the complete branch business, including revenue generation, P&L; ownership, sales performance, people management, customer experience, operations, and branch expansion. Experience in the EdTech, education, startup, immigration, or other B2C service sectors will be preferred.

Required Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/MBA preferred from a Tier 1 or 2 college) with 7–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or branch operations, with a proven track record of managing large teams (50–60+)



and ₹2–3 cr in monthly revenue.
Comprehensive expertise in P&L; management, including revenue planning, cost control, profitability, and data-driven performance reporting.
Strategic leadership skills encompassing hiring, performance management, sales funnel optimization, and end-to-end operational setup.
Deep knowledge of the local market with established business connections and a commitment to full-time office-based management.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and business reporting tools.
Adaptable to travel.

Branch Management

Lead the complete end-to-end development and operations of the branch.
Own branch revenue, profitability, productivity, customer experience, and operational performance.
Develop and execute branch-level business plans aligned with TerraTern’s growth objectives.
Drive sales, enrolments, conversions, collections, retention, and overall revenu
