- Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts and solutions for a variety of projects including print collateral, digital campaigns, social media content, and branding materials.
- Create compelling visual designs that are aligned with our brand identity, and that communicate our message effectively to our target audience. Use a range of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality designs that are print-ready or suitable for digital platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create visual content that supports our marketing campaigns and that drives engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, and that the quality of work is consistently high.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, and proactively suggest new ideas that will enhance the visual appeal of our content.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed, such as product development or customer service, to ensure that our brand messaging is consistent across all touchpoints.





About you:
- Lead and oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, guiding their growth and enhancing their design skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, product managers, and creative directors, to understand project requirements, target audience, and desired outcomes.
- Develop cutting-edge and visually appealing design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various marketing materials, advertising campaigns, digital platforms, and print collateral.
- Execute designs across multiple mediums, including but not limited to websites, social media, email marketing, presentations, brochures, and packaging.
