Role Summary
As a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth. You will connect with MSME business owners, understand their unique operational and growth challenges, present tailored consulting solutions, and guide them through the sales pipeline to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification: Outbound calling, referral drive,



and leveraging marketing campaign leads.
Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct orientation sessions and consultative sales meetings with prospective clients.
Deal Closure: Present customized consulting solutions, handle objections, negotiate, and close business.
Pipeline Management: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle and manage prospect tracking via CRM tools.
Relationship & Growth: Generate referrals from current clients and follow up on conversions and payment milestones.
Reporting & Strategy: Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
Who We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Graduate (Mandatory); MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
Sales Manager: 0–2 years of experience (exceptional freshers with robust communication are welcome to apply).
Senior Sales Manager: 3–6 years of proven track record in B2B Sales,
