Role Description The Assistant Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving sales of residential and luxury real estate projects in Chennai through client acquisition, relationship management, and effective deal closure. This full time, on-site role involves managing inbound and outbound leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and providing tailored real estate solutions based on client requirements and market trends. The role includes coordinating with developers, internal teams, and channel partners to ensure accurate project information, timely follow-up, and a smooth transaction process. The Assistant Manager – Sales will track sales performance, maintain detailed records in CRM systems, and contribute to local sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets. The position is based in Chennai and requires regular in-person client interactions and collaboration with the sales team.
